Provide career development guidance, training requirements and mentoring for new hire field employees.. Ensure implementation and conformance to the Drilling Services competency standards for field employees.. Coordinate and assist in the interview process for selected candidates. Assist recruiting efforts.. Responsible to manage and mentor Field Supervisors at the district level.. Responsible for periodic reviews of the field employees career development plans and continuousimprovement of the program.. Interface with Service Line Coordinators to ensure field employee development plans are met. Provide field employee performance assessments and recommendations for prospective positions.. Know and understand Weatherfords Enterprise Excellence Process and the Quality Policy and comply with allrequirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.Qualifications. Minimum 1+ years as DD or MWD Coordinator . Minimum 2 years field experience at senior MWD or DD field engineer level.. Thorough technical knowledge of MWD or DD products and services. . Excellent communication, organization, troubleshooting and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation . Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure.. Minimum 3 years engineering experience in oilfield activities. . High School Diploma or above
