About the roleYou will work as part of the Real Estate team, assuring that workplace operations of Careem premises in KSA offices meet end-user needs as defined by the business. Align to local strategies/operation/business activities within. Actively work with Careem partners, suppliers, and internal functions to secure the industrys most productive and cost-efficient premises. Working closely with senior executives to streamline certain high-level projects and provide an effective flow of information between an organizations departments and colleagues to ensure tigers of Careem are kept engaged, informed, and motivated. Working with senior staff to provide one-to-one support by offering administrative help such as monitoring email, drafting communications, planning and organizing meetings and their travel. Assist in company procedures and day-to-day operation and ensure cost-effective budget utilization.
