In this specific position you will have to support to develop and administer plans and processes as part of the OFR pricing & RFQ/tender management strategy to support the commercial strategy in line with business objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies.Join us in connecting people and improving lives!In this OCC Coordinator position

• You will have to support the execution of plans and processes to implement the OFR pricing strategy.
• You will assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
• You will execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations.
• You will support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
• You will have to prepare and submit relevant documents for tenders.
• You will develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.
• You will build and secure business relationships with customers and airlines.
• You will prepare carrier performance reports and reviews.
• You will identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets!
• You will understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lane, and traffic development.
• You will have to influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
• You will have to support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function.
• You will be in charge to build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns.
• You will have to address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
• You will provide functional guidance, advice, or training to less experienced positions.
• You will have to identify and resolve recurring issues and suggest modifications to OFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• More than 2 years of experience within the same field
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.
