PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Wing to wing process, recruitment of Graduates and Interns in Saudi Arabia. Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
  • Stakeholder management across various lines of service, act as main point of contact.
  • Building key relationships with universities in the Kingdom, making PWC an employer of choice, including Branding and executing on campus events.
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent you from working effectively.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations for the future.
  • Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firms/clients expectations.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points.
  • Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct. A degree in HR or similar with CIPD qualification 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, graduate recruitment highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
