Our production in Singapore is to support global improvement initiative in the Eastern Hemisphere.Take ownership for industry leading projectsAs a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be vital player in leading completion and wellbore intervention manufacturing, production and on-site support. You will work with global team on improvement initiatives in the Eastern Hemisphere. Your role is instrumental in helping us to deliver energy to people around the world.As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:.Providing technical guidance for manufacturing activities throughout life-cycle and support development, quality and initial product readiness.Evaluating manufacturing process and shape strategic projects to improve processes capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity.Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to develop and innovate manufacturing technology best practices.Partnering with internal teams to deliver product developments, analysis and failure mode and effects analysis risk assessments.Overseeing the development of assembly related functions to ensure successful integration of manufacturingFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:.Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferred Mechanical engineering..Demonstrate substantial experience from 3 to 5 years in manufacturing engineering tasks and environment within the Oil and Gas industry..Have experience in leading and mentoring teams in manufacturing environment..Have good communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner..Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment.Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutionsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone..Working 5 days a weekWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
