Lead Government Relations Specialist - ChemicalsAre you a Government Relations Specialist looking for an interesting opportunityDo you enjoy being part of a successful teamBaker Hughes is seeking a Government Relations SpecialistOur team serves as our firms ambassadors to key government stakeholders across the world. We collaborate to build and strengthen networks around the world to help deliver business expectations.Collaborate with dynamic and cross-functional teamsAs Lead Government Relations Specialist - Chemicals, you will be responsible for:

  • Issuing licenses for chemicals from the Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Interior.
  • Obtaining the required clearances from the Ministries for the chemical materials.
  • Renewal of Employees Iqamas and Work Permit payments.
  • Coordination with the companys agents at customs before and after the shipments arrival to avoid paying flooring fees.
  • Renewal of licenses for the factory (operating license - operating environment license - industrial license).
  • Request to issue and renew Saudi Aramco cards and company vehicle stickers for the companys employees and contracting companies through the Saudi Aramco website.
  • Managing the application of Business Visas, Residence Visas, Single/Multiple Entry Visas, Re- Entry Visas as well as NOC for Residence Visa/ Multiple entry visa.
  • Tracking of all type visas for Employees and maintain a database (Hard copy & soft copy) of visa expiries and renew on time.
  • Renewing Company CR, Signatory card, Trade license and any other license required for the company.
  • Coordinating all GRO duties daily.
  • Assisting the employees for the renewal of family Resident permit and the issuance of the QID for their newborn babies.
  • Issuing the NOC letter for Driving License.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have High School or Diploma degree.
  • Have minimum 7 years of experience with Government Relations in Chemicals or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experienced in Government relations matters in Chemicals materials clearances process is preferred.
  • Have a good English, written and verbal skills.
  • Be a good communicator and can speak Arabic.
  • Have a good Microsoft office skill.
  • Ability to work independently.
