Role Description
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time.
Responsibilities
  • Manage Infrastructure and environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
  • Manage tools (monitoring, maintenance etc).
  • Manage all Low current sizing, deployment and maintain.
  • Setup & Manage Datacenter and IT Infra projects.
  • Intelligent Infrastructure build.
  • Cisco Networking, WiFi, Network security, IP Telephony setup.
  • IP Television system (IPTV).
  • Master clock and PA System setup.
  • CCTV system & Access control system setup.
  • DR Solution on cloud setup.
  • Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate project schedules.
  • Assist with expense planning.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge in network architecture, data center management, virtualization technologies, Low current systems, Network & security and cloud platforms .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Indian is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership skills with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective project management skills, with a readiness to travel as per project or service needs.
  • Experience in managing IT Projects Infrastructure for large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with local Saudi regulations and international best practices in IT.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, CCNP, VCP or equivalent are preferred.
