SummaryHyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hygiene Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in food safety and hygiene to contribute to the high standards of our hotel. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and hygiene policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and international standards - Conduct regular inspections of food storage, preparation, and service areas to ensure adherence to hygiene standards - Collaborate with the culinary and stewarding teams to maintain best practices in food handling and storage - Provide ongoing training to staff on food safety and hygiene practices - Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with municipal requirements and regulations Qualifications- Bachelors Degree - Certification in Food Safety, Hygiene, or HACCP services - Good working knowledge of ISO 22001 or above, HACCP, and Food Grade/Safety - Preferably a Saudi or local national females are encouraged to apply for this role - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a large organization or hotel in a similar role - Basic Food Hygiene Certification program from Saudi Arabia - Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Ability to prepare detailed reports and deliver on-the-job training - Good local knowledge of how to deal with the Municipality and familiarity with their requirements We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all candidates and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
