SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks, inspection, repair & tests of refrigeration & HVAC equipment and systems related to Hospital & Residential Areas. Repair motors of AHU up to 10 HP and other related equipment.3. Maintains, troubleshoots & repairs DX equipment with supply and branch air. Reads and interprets block diagram blueprints. Charges all type of refrigerant equipment. Repairs/replaces defective compressors.4. Ensures the neat and orderly condition of the job site after the completion of the required job.5. Guides lower graded personnel.6. Position may require rotation on various shifts to maintain 24 -hours coverage.7. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.EducationORTechnical Diploma in related field is required.Experience RequiredORThree (3) years of experience with Technical Diploma is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
