  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in e-commerce and related fields like furniture design and digital marketing.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with our company values and industry standards.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance reviews, and staff welfare.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, particularly focusing on areas unique to e-commerce and furniture retail.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and a strong company culture.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records and data with confidentiality and precision.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Knowledge of best HR practices and an understanding of the unique HR demands of the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels in both languages Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi citizenship.
  • Be eligible for support by HRDF.
