Come join our team!Summary: VES is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in our Dammam, Saudi Arabia location. This person will assist and coordinate with the HR Manager all HR activities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, data entry, and file management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
Competencies:
  • Current enrollment in a bachelors or masters degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.
