Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal regulations.Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement mitigation measures.Monitor site safety performance, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.Lead and coordinate HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and ensure corrective actions are taken.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor?s degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management within the construction industry.Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications.Skills:Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and risk management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
