Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and staff grievances in a professional manner.Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Assist management with workforce planning and HR strategy execution.Ensure HR processes are aligned with Saudi labor laws and regulations.Requirements:Saudi National (mandatory).Bachelor’s degree with a relevant diploma.Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management or HR operations.Strong understanding of HR procedures, policies, and Saudi labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
