Specialized in planning, delegating, monitoring, and controlling of all aspects of a projects from the planning stage, business understanding, risk analysis, auditing program, meeting with business owners, evaluation documents, expected performance targets for time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and submitted to the higher management.Responsibilities1.Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.2.Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal and financial experts, to achieve project goals.3.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles in the project and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.4.Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of the project meet quality standards and regulations, from design and construction to completion.5.Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and making necessary adjustments to stay within financial parameters.6.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and community members.7.Project Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior management and investors.8.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with local zoning, building codes, and other legal requirements.QualificationsMasters degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering projects.Strong project management and leadership skills.Excellent knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and industry standards.Financial acumen for budgeting and financial analysis.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.
