SummaryOversee and manage all Activities within Enterprise Project Management Office Operations Department (EPMO)in portfolios, programs, and projects.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2. Oversees orientation and on-boarding processes of new hires to enhance staff experience at theOrganization.3. Supports and monitors Saudization within the Organization, including priority in promotion.4. Participates in selecting, recruiting, training, retaining, and evaluating assigned personnel. Maintains apositive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies and implements disciplineprocedures. Delegates authorities, and establishes and maintains a formal means of accountability onthe part of subordinates.5. Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitors performance and submits periodical clear and conciseadministrative and financial reports for all assigned services/functions.6. Establishes and maintain standards, processes and tools to assist portfolio, program and projectmanagers in delivering strategic projects within the constraints of time, scope/quality and budget7. Ensures portfolio, program and project management across the organization and consistent with theEPMO standards.8. Provides direction and leadership to portfolio, program and project managers for the development ofaccurate estimates, building credibility, establishing rapport and maintaining communication withstakeholders.9. Supports portfolio, program and project managers within the EPMO and in delivering portfolio, programand project management activities10. Adapts portfolio, program and project management methodologies and processes as needed to supportproject delivery across organization. 11. Ensures projects and programs estimated budgets, costs and expenses are accurately forecasted anddocumented12. Manages customer escalations and initiate corrective actions as necessary within the EPMO and toexternal stakeholders13. Participates in cross-departmental committees, improvement efforts, and strategy sessions14. Follows all Organizations related Policies and Procedures.15. Participates in self and others education, training, and development, as applicable.16. Performs any other related tasks as assigned.EducationPhD, Masters or Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredSix (6) years with Ph.D., nine (9) years with Masters, or eleven (11) years withBachelors Degree of related professional experience in a large Hospital, Healthcareinstitution, government institution, Business Corporation, with at least four (4) years ina senior/supervisory or managerial capacity is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
