SummaryResponsible for ensuring strategic and business planning processes are effective, continuously improved, and key performance indicators are being measured and achieved through acting as a centralized figure to performance monitoring staff in the Organization.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2. Oversees the deployment of a performance framework and reporting governance model to monitor achievement of targets against plans in coordination with the respective departments.3.
