The division is responsible for overseeing and supporting all relevant engineering work to meet the Liquid to Chemicals (LTC) program objectives and ensure meeting project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. In addition, it will oversee the implementation of project governance and its alignment with all stakeholders to ensure complementing the In-Kingdom LTC program.
