The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join the Project Development Support & Coordination Division of the LTC Business & Project Development Department. The division is responsible for overseeing and supporting all relevant engineering work to meet the Liquid to Chemicals (LTC) program objectives and ensure meeting project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. In addition, it will oversee the implementation of project governance and its alignment with all stakeholders to ensure complementing the In-Kingdom LTC program. The candidate will ensure implementation of work in accordance with the project scope, set plans, and handle contingencies that arise during execution.Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical input to Linear Programming (LP) and economics modeling.
  • Developing chemical process yields, qualities, and balances for various process configurations within the refining and chemical units.
  • Demonstrating strong expertise in selecting process licensors and analyzing technologies for chemicals derivative processes.
  • Offering insights and recommendations based on the financial model outputs, guiding management in selecting the best configurations for LTC (Long-Term Capital) projects.
Requirements:
  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience with a specific focus on the Refining & Chemicals business.
  • Have prior experience in Linear Programming (LP) and Economics Modeling.
