Job ResponsibilitiesDirects the daily training activities of Safety & Fire Protection personal and In -service training for other departments.Maintains skills in basic coaching, motivational techniques and adaptation appropriate of lesson plan or materials to specify instructional situations and methods of dealing with disruptive and unsafe behavior.Maintains training records and report forms accurately completed and submitted in accordance with established procedures.Maintains records of shift and individual training, in a program defined by the Department.Reviews instructional given materials to ensure of the lesson plan, learning environment, and resources that need adaptation are identified.Carries out on-call duties in rotation with other Fire Protection Services Department senior officers.Performs other job related duties as required.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
