As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our organization. This role involves ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping:Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately using accounting software.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
  • Financial Reporting:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Generate financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation:Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all banking transactions.
  • Tax Compliance:Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Stay informed about changes in tax regulations relevant to the organization.
  • Financial Analysis:Provide basic financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and variance analysis.
  • Audit Support:Support both internal and external audit processes.
  • Prepare relevant documentation and respond to audit inquires.
Ideal Candidate: -
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi citizenship.
  • Be eligible for support by HRDF.
