We share their goals and long-term ambitions were on the same journey to create places and infrastructure which will support long term sustainable development, healthy living and vibrant communities.We are seeking a Finance Data and Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting a wide range of finance digital transformation initiatives across the MENA region. In this position, you will work closely with our Finance Transformation Lead to support with regular monthly upkeep of processes, process optimization and system integration aspects of finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT and technical skills, complemented by a fundamental understanding of finance processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Finance Transformation Lead: Collaborate closely with the Finance Transformation Lead to assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of finance transformation projects across the MENA region.
  • Regular Monthly Upkeep: Take ownership of the regular monthly upkeep of systems and processes across the finance function, including producing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Technical Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to implement finance processes, software and systems that support transformation initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Analyse and optimize existing finance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness under the guidance of the Finance Transformation Lead
  • System Integration: Assist in the integration of finance systems with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and improved financial workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the Finance Transformation Lead in ensuring the proper functioning of implemented systems and processes through rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures and ongoing upkeep as required.
  • Troubleshooting: Address technical issues and provide support to resolve system-related problems that may arise during transformation projects, working in tandem with the Finance Transformation
  • Documentation: Contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation of process mapping, process improvements, user guides and other documentation, in coordination with the Finance Transformation Lead.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Lead as well as finance and business teams to understand their specific needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the MENA region.

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Business.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in finance software, databases, and data migration tools.
  • Previous experience in finance system implementation and integration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Location:This priority for this position will be candidates based in Riyadh or Bangalore with a strong emphasis on remote collaboration and support for finance transformation initiatives across the MENA region.
