SummaryOrganizes overall activities and functions within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to achieve itsmission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2. Provides the head of EPMO- Operations with admin support on activity and scheduling, InformationTechnology (IT), Change Control and Scope Management, Quality and Output Management, Financeand Cost and Benefits Management.3. Maintains the repository of all EPMO artifacts and EPMO deliverables.4. Advices on maintain the records of each deliverable and history of approvals and Maintain changes onprojects and change request forms.5. Ensures the right accessibility and permissions given to the relevant stakeholders on EPMOdocuments.6. Ensures version control of all EPMO artifacts and deliverables.7. Manages lessons learned sessions for individual initiatives.8. Monitors the Develop and update a document management plan, Develop and enforce documentationdesign, review, and archiving guidelines.9. Provides user privileges to repositories, SharePoint and such and approve them in coordination with IT.10. Provides day-to-day functional support to digital EPMO tool users, including portfolio, program andproject managers and project teams across EPMO.11. Liaises with the IT department and the tool technical administrator on obtaining licenses and access tonew users within EPMO. 12. Liaises with the reporting officer, within the EPMO, on generating dashboards with the required dataand information on portfolio, programs, and projects.13. Coordinates with the IT departments on upgrades of the tool and updates on features provided by thetool, as needed.14. Participates in self and others education, training, and development, as applicable.15. Follows all Organizations related Policies and Procedures.16. Performs any other related duties, as assigned.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Project Management, BusinessAdministration, Engineering, Information Technology or other relateddiscipline is required.Experience RequiredThree (3) years of related experience with Masters Degree or Five (5) yearswith Bachelors Degree.Other Requirements(Certificates)
