SummaryEssential Responsibilities and Duties2. Responsible for cleaning of external glass panels, hospital roof tops, courtyards, hospital signage, entrance areas, and storm drains.3. Ensures correct handling and maintenance of equipment being used.4. Obtains required materials and consumables ensuring they are used cor rectly and economically.5. Reports any mechanical failures/discrepancies or unsafe conditions in his assigned area to the supervisor.6. Follows prescribed safety and hygiene procedures to help combat cross contamination and to maintain professional hygiene at all times.7. Removes/collects waste on a timely manner from collection points in accordance with the waste disposal policy and provides accurate counts of waste bags/weight collected from grounds and residences.8.Uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for grounds cleaning and waste disposal.9. Assists with and coordinate clean-up for meetings and special events as required.10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.11. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.EducationExperience RequiredOther Requirements(Certificates)Bilingual English/Arabic is preferred.
