SummaryResponsible for conducting different research, data collection and processes analysis, in addition to the day-to-day communications with different stakeholders supporting the departments functions.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2.Sources, scrubs, mines and integrates relevant data sources to develop insights identifies and monitors competitive trends through data and makes recommendations on responses or actions as appropriate.3.Gathers market data for strategic analysis and strategic planning.4.Supports the development of high-impact data analytics projects focused on supporting key strategic initiatives / projects and programs for the Hospital.5.Develops and maintains repositories of knowledge relating to business success drivers, healthcare industry trends, regulatory issues, and the competitive marketplace.6.Oversees day-to-day communications with different research / data analytics vendors.7.Supports the department team in preparing reports to senior management and/or committees.8.Ensures adherence to the Hospitals information security policies and procedures, and reports breaches or other security risks accordingly.9.Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.10.Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.11.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMasters, or Bachelors Degree in Economics, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or other related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOne (1) year of related experience with Masters, or three (3) years with Bachelors Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only.
