SummaryCoordinats end-user training-related logistics and for overseeing the execution of end-user training. Ensures that effective training is available in a timely manner, maximizes the efficiency and impact of training delivery, and minimizes the disruption to the business posed by training.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2.Coordinates with the Facilities Department and/or the End-User Computing Department to ensure that classrooms are prepared for training delivery (with the appropriate number of desks, printers, etc.)3.Coordinates with the End-User Trainer Senior Analyst, vendors, and/or the Applications & Health Informatics Services Division to ensure that training environments are prepared and loaded with data to support training delivery.4.Delivers training-related communications and notifications to end-users using effective communication and presentation techniques.5.Oversees training execution and track the completion statuses of end-users.6.Notify HITA capability support teams when users training is complete so that the teams can provide the users access to the relevant application or service.7.Owns Learning Management System operations, if appropriate.8.Conducts training evaluations and provide feedback to the End-User Trainer Senior Analyst on relevant evaluation information.9.Supports the End-User Trainer Senior Analyst with the development of classroom training materials, printed materials and online help content.10.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.11.Participates in self & others education, training and development, as applicable.12.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.13.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationMasters or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related discipline is required.Experience RequiredOther Requirements(Certificates)Knowledge of training/learning processes and tools is preferred.
