Job Description

Our Client, a regional IT services specialist in Digital, Business Applications, Managed Services, Cloud, Security and Infrastructure, is currently looking for an End-user support - Arabic Speaker for Riyadh LocationOther responsibilities will include but notlimitedto:

  • Resolution of end-user-related issues
  • Password or login problems,
  • New account activation,
  • Questions and problems (related but not limited to software, hardware, email, print, internet connectivity etc.),
  • Providing user account management and administration
  • Email and network account creation and maintenance,
  • Email account distribution lists maintenance,
  • Moving files and accounts on servers if needed,
  • Changing account privileges,
  • Adding, deleting, or changing account attributes,
  • Mail box increase using Veritas Enterprise Vault
  • EUC system testing and upgrading
  • Testing and integrating new or upgraded technology plus software,
  • Upgrading standard desktop hardware, printers, etc.,
  • Upgrading standard desktop software like MS Office Page 18 of 117
  • Upgrading operating system to Windows 10/11
  • Updating security features,
  • Replace hardware parts.
  • End-user incident logging, resolution and coordination until resolution (i.e. print servers, printers, laptops, desktops)
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as anEnd-user support
  • Should have a bachelors degree in Engineering Background
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must
  • Saudi nationals are also welcome.
  • Full Time Opportunity
  • Should have at least 1 years of work experience in KSA
  • Attested Degree Certificate is a must.
