• Involved with the design, planning, and the post drilling analysis of conventional and complex wells. He/she follows the Drilling Engineering process and provides real time decision support to Drilling Services Engineers (Operations, Sales, Management, etc) and clients.
• Effectively managing client expectations (KPIs)
• Mentoring and coaching relatively newer team members
• Preparing technical and Investigation reports
• Support DS technical sales when required.
• Handle with fluency the regular Drilling Engineering and Directional Drilling technical language to support DE and DD FOM if necessary
• Carry out work assignments with the highest level of professionalism

• Perform QA/QC process to the survey database received from the field in order to produce daily reports and compile end of well reports for presenting to customers.

• Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Work Instructions.
• Comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Carry out work assignments with the highest level of service delivery.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

• . Minimum 4 years experience working as a Drilling Engineer. . Bachelors degree in Engineering with minimum 3.5 GPA. Petroleum Engineer degree preferred . 6 months of Directional Well Planning and RTOC experience and minimum 1-year as Directional Driller. . Strong computer skills: . Strong knowledge of Drilling Bits and hydraulic, Drilling Fluids . Good presentation skills including computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Visibility in Oil industry will be an added advantage
