SummaryOperates the computerized document imaging system and all micrographic equipment in order to convert vital records generated or/and received by the Hospital, for long term usage, storage and protection.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2. Verifies documents to be imaged, prepares documents and ensures high quality of images.3.Verifies records data for all hospital records uploaded to the electronic archival system.4. Performs specific verification on transcribed data to ensure maximum accuracy and quality.5. Ensures that the equipment is operating properly.6. Performs schedule maintenance on equipment, coordinates repair and unscheduled maintenance with hospital maintenance staff and with manufacturer.7. Maintains confidentiality and security of information at all times.8. Ensures a secure and protected environment for all records.EducationExperience RequiredNo experience required with Bachelors Degree, or one (1) year of related experience with Associate Degree/ Diploma is requiredOther Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only.
