SummaryResponsible for supporting all billing activities related to telecommunications. Ensures that the telecommunication resources are being well utilized.Essential Responsibilities and Duties2.Captures call detail records and perform usage tracking.3.Performs telecom audit to ensure that telecommunications usage is optimized and that misuse or abuse is identified.4.Supports legal and regulatory requirements as needed.5.Supports the Analysis of communications infrastructure, administration and costs.6.Assists in the Production of billing reports at the appropriate level (e.g., user, department).7.Liaises with Human Resources as part of the employee clearance process.8.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.9.Participates in self & others education, training and development, as applicable.10.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.11.Performs other related duties as assigned.EducationDiploma in Computer Science or related discipline, or High School Education is required.Experience RequiredOther Requirements(Certificates)N/A
