The opportunityThis is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and reporting of the programme across the various workstreams and sectors.
• Overseeing the completion of programme milestones leveraging tools/automation and best practices.
• Reviewing and consolidating various status reports with the ability to effectively communicate and document key messages.
• Preparing of standard executive management reports and presentations.
• Identifying of trends and providing timely feedback to sectors.
• Leading the change management process.
• Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
• Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Assessing the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Completing change management assessments.
• Identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
• Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
• Managing the change portfolio.
• Working with the wider team in developing, reviewing, and tracking change.
• Developing tools and processes to support portfolio change and effective management of change through all stages.

About youYou have relevant degree qualifications, and be a member of a professional body. You have experience in developing a governance framework supporting the speed and execution of the program. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and support strong, motivated teams.
