We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer - Construction Equipment Rental to lead the services division, overseeing a wide range of support services crucial to the construction sector.Job Context: As the CEO of the services division, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of our services serving the construction sector. This role requires a strong focus on optimizing service delivery, expanding our offerings, and ensuring our continued growth and profitability.Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the companys operations.
  • Oversee daily operations and make pivotal business decisions that align with the companys vision and values.
  • Develop and implement scalable business strategies and financial plans.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Negotiate high-level contracts, manage partnerships, and expand the companys reach and reputation within the industry.
  • Direct the companys financial goals, objectives, and budgets.
  • Implement comprehensive goals for performance and growth strategies.
  • Report to the board of directors on organizational progress and challenges.
Knowledge, Skills, And ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
  • Bachelors degree in Construction , Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or a relevant degree is a plus
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience, with significant tenure as a CEO or in senior executive roles within the construction industry, particularly in areas related to construction support services.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management, including safety, quality, and scheduling.
  • Experience in restructuring companies in a manner consistent with achieving the companys future goals.
  • A proper financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability practices.
