PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Recommend and implement best practices among other selected jurisdictions related to Cash & Fixed Income.Develop, and propose new products and services that Clearinghouse is planning to offer.Handel the daily clearing operations activities for cash, fixed income and securities financing to make sure that they are being conducted within the standards.Ensure that daily lifecycle for clearing of cash, fixed income and securities financing including but not limited to end of business day operations, reconciliations, collateral transactions, trade and position management, account opening/closing and fails management completed in a timely manner.Monitor and implement the clearing system configurations and check that they are complete and accurateMaintain clearing system and do necessary configurations for the cash segmentKey AccountabilitiesCarry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.Job RequirementsJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Education and CertificationsA Bachelor’s degree in MIS / Finance / Accounting / Business Management or equivalent is requiredKnowledge and Experience:3 + years of experience in working with Exchanges, CCPs or CSDs preferably in developed and/or emerging marketsHaving an extensive knowledge in securities clearing, settlement and risk management.A Professional qualification in CME-1 license.
