The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. This opportunity is for a Saudi national only Your responsibilities will include:

• Having awareness of the overall project lifecycle in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover.
• Understanding of current project controls methodologies such as EVM.
• Understanding of the common tool sets used.
• Working within multidisciplinary teams as directed by the project controls manager to contribute towards creating plans, and analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
• Having awareness of current methodologies and tools to manage/analyse and develop project control information related to projects (e.g. MS Excel, PRA, MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Having good attention to detail and the ability to validate, draft (as required) and check project control reports produced.
• Focusing on solving conflict not blaming others, remaining open to other viewpoints and trying new things.
• Having quality management - looking for ways to improve and promote quality.
• Taking responsibility for their actions leads by example and acts in an ethical, legal and responsible way.
• Planning and organising SMART objectives and efficiently managing resources and tasks.

About youYou have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines, you have registered on and are working towards a professional qualification (e.g. APM, PMI) and relevant CSCS Card. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual clients and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
