Job Description

The opportunityThis is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working within the team to support the potential procurement required for the integrated Client office including all IT, server and software requirements.
  • Supporting the office manager in running the office.
  • Supporting development of cash processes and banking system usage.
  • Understanding, documenting, reviewing continuously the banking arrangements and facilities for the group.
  • Supporting tight control of all cash/cash transactions.
  • Supporting improvement of working capital across the group.
  • Supporting the bank guarantee and letter of credit processes.
  • Supporting relationships with banks, brokers and surety companies.
  • Supporting treasury input into the groups general financial budgeting and forecasting processes including preparation of group cash flows.
  • Supporting treasury systems development, including Oracle projects for bank statement upload, reconciliation and cash manager lead to the wider project.
  • Managing ad hoc projects.
