Job Description

Atkins are looking for Art Directors in Riyadh KSA for large mixed-use developments.Our People are the driving force behind this growth. Come join us to be a part of this future.Visual design direction and defines design elements of the project that affect the guest experience. In addition to established samples and mock-ups, the AD may need to develop/provide sketches, found imagery, illustrations, composite imagery and image research documentation.

  • Directs and oversees, fabrication and installation of all on-site project elements to ensure the creative intent is achieved as envisioned by the Creative Director. Project elements such as but not limited to: rock work, architecture, scenic art, scenery, props, animation, show action, special fx, and lighting.
  • Works in parallel with internal disciplines and external vendors to realize the desired vision. Provides art related vendors and any scenic scope with art direction as required.
  • In collaboration with the Creative Director, act as design vision-keeper for the project.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.
    • SCOPE: Responsible for directing teams of creative project personnel such as artists, scenic designers, painters, sculptors, programmers, etc. Practices supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Influences challenging personalities requiring a high degree of tact.High school degree or GED is required.
  • Technical/Vocational schooling ispreferred.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Theater, Art, Film, or Architecture is required.
    • Design in world-class theme parks or related industries for themed entertainment guest experiences for attractions, buildings, F&B and retail
  • Must have 10-15 years production design and field experience.
  • Talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
