Perform the required tasks to achieve execution of Business and Operational Plan.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain customer ledgers.
  • Liaise with Collections team.
  • Attend to internal and external queries.
  • Collate documentation for re-charge revenue.
  • Assist with monthly eticket and job bonus calculations.
  • Assist with month end reporting.
  • Prepare revenue information for internal and external auditors.
  • Resolve customer queries and credit issues.
  • Contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
QualificationsSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • Minimum of 3-7 years experience with University/College.
  • Ability to influence people at all levels within the organisation.
  • QHSSE theoretical and practical knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated procedural knowledge and operational competency.
  • Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT competence.
  • Sound organisation and time management skills.
  • Oilfield services experience.
  • Advanced Excel preferred.
  • JD Edwards experience preferred.
