The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation.What you will do:

• Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers.
• Maintain excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handling online payments & cheque payments.
• Performing reconciliation of trade creditor account.
• Process Payments of local suppliers on timely basis.
• Reconciling and reviewing petty cash claims.
• Preparing of accounting schedules.
• Reconciling Bank accounts with Ledger.
• Process Employee related Payments.
• Review and record Suppliers invoices in system
• Managing Employees advances & suppliers advances.
• Accounts Payable team is replying to all queries in a timely manner and all queries are dealt with correctly and efficiently.
• Partner with the GL Team to help assure accurate and timely month end closing and reporting.
• Lead and/or support New SAP system implementation, enhancements, upgrades or new product Roll Outs.
• Involve in adhoc reports/assignments as per management requirements.
• Upload CAPEX on system and follow for approvals.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong mathematical approach
• Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
• Language Knowledge (English & Arabic)

About the Team:Working in a fast-paced and diverse environment, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. What equips you for the role:

• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
