• Assign Guest Rooms and common areas to Housekeeping Staff
• Inspect Rooms and Common Areas for Cleanliness
• Hire, Train, and Discipline Housekeeping Staff
• Order Cleaning Supplies form procurement department on a monthly /quarterly basis
• Create Employee Schedules and liaises with other departments to ensure good communication and offer support
