Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging IT training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and skill gaps.Assess training needs through consultations, surveys, and performance analysis, tailoring content for maximum impact.Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules, using various learning platforms.Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Possess relevant certifications, such as CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT training or a related role, demonstrating a track record of success.Proven experience working in the technology sector, with a deep understanding of IT concepts and systems.Proficient in English & Arabic language.
