Job Description

Employment: Full Time Working on a major Chemical Plant, this project is the largest ever attempted and valued at 13 Billion USD.Our client are responsible for the Civil Works associated with this massive construction programme and are looking for a Contracts Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in St Petersburg, Russia. REQUIREMENTS: - Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying- Minimum of 10 years experience- Must have Civil project experience- Experience of Chemical plants, Refineries or Onshore Oil & Gas projects- Russian experience or language fluency will be extremely advantageous
