Sub-Contract EngineerJob Location : RiyadhRequirements:?Bachelors and University Degree in Engineering, Management, Law, Technical, Science, Business/Administration, Construction,?Good knowledge of General Conditions of Contracts for Construction works?He should have about 5-10 years post qualification experience in reputed Construction, public or private sector with basic qualification a degree in Engineering from a reputed instituteDuties and Responsibilities? Develop and implement acquisition strategies for future contracts? Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts, and variations are in full compliance with Policies and Procedures? Ensure compliance with Contracts Procedures and support Project Execution Procedures? Be the point of contact and expert EPC Contracts and manage the EPC Sub-contractor effectively in line with the contracts? Review EPC sub-contractors invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates with Cost Control, costs, forecasts, and requests for extras? Performing site surveys, system designs, preparing specifications, presentations, and documentation? Prepare responses to queries raised by the sub-contractor, and develop and manage a system for expediting responses to letters raised by the sub-contractor? Comprehensive administration of the contract of the project, ensuring the parties properly fulfill their obligations and responsibilities in a fully auditable manner? Responsible for internal reporting of all sub-contractual issues
