Technically sound sales & service engineer with the team handling .? -Should have a prior working experience as a service engineer. ? -Candidates with Electrical/ Electro-Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. ? -Should have a sound knowledge in electronics/machinery. ? -Should have a sound knowledge of the maintenance and repairing of machines such as - Popcorns Machines, Cotton Candy Machines, Hot Dogs Machines, Slush Machines, Other Cooking & Warming equipment's and dispensers/Kitchen equipment . ? -Should have the selling ability as well along with the service engineering skills. ? -Provide support for servicing equipment & installations for customers. ? -Knowledge of products & usage of equipment?s. ? -Installation, maintenance, support, testing and demonstration of products & related activities. ? -Compliance with specifications and customer requirements ? -Provide support for servicing equipment to customers. ? -Cross trained in electrical / instrumentation / mechanical / process disciplines preferred. ? -Maintain high level of response and service for the customers.
