?Should have a University Degree or equivalent and total 10 years inspection experience.?As a minimum 8 years? experience above shall be directly related to supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work.?Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System or equivalent. Certification preferred.?Knowledge and understanding of Saudi Aramco & Industry Standards, Specifications, and requirements in general.?Should have an international recognized certification in auditing ISO 9001 or equivalent.?Shall be able to exercise judgment against the criteria of standards.?Should have a minimum direct experience in quality assurance system.Work Description (But not limited to the following):QAQC Manager responsibilities and authorities are, but not limited to as follows:1. Heading the construction activities all quality related matters.2. Management of sub-contractors? quality at site.3. Liaison with on-site company representative.4. Ensuring inspection records are maintained.5. Coordination application of inspection and test plans and to establish the priority of the QA & QC activities.6. Issuing weekly reports of quality issues including non-conformity records and KPI?s as deemed appropriate by the QA Manager and Project Manager.7. Tracking status of all issued Non-conformance reports/ Logbook entries.
