The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex Core Banking projects, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of banking systems and processes. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Core Banking projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.Your responsibilities will include:Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of Core Banking projects within scope, budget, and timeline.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Provide effective leadership to project teams, ensuring clear communication, motivation, and accountability.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial status to relevant stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and roadblocks that may arise during project execution.Maintain strong relationships with vendors, third-party providers, and external partners as needed.Communicate project progress, status, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes and project delivery.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Core Banking solutions with other systems.Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, promoting their professional development.Ideal CandidateQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
