Job Description

? Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. (Specialization/ Certification in Supply Chain Management will be an added on advantage). ? At least 6 ? 10 years experienced in oil and gas Industries, (SAUDI ARAMCO experience will be an added-on advantage.) International and local knowledge and experienced in Steel Procurement.? Thorough understanding of contractual agreements and the ability to read and interpret complex SOW documents including drawings, specifications, understanding/ interpreting legal contracts.? Well versed with latest Incoterms. ? Excellent written skills for preparing EPC purchase orders and agreements.? Excellent skills in sourcing, negotiating and securing supplier agreements.? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.? Able to do Financial Data Analysis with ability to interpret and communicate findings.? Ability to understand, engage and implement process optimization.? Ability to take initiative, set priorities and learn quickly and take ownership of assigned projects as directed by Senior Management.? Should have practical experience in ERP, implementing systems of inventory management avoiding overstocking or wastage.? Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the cost of material procurement.? Ability to perform technical and commercial evaluation. ? Having confident personality, flexible, open to challenges and able to perform under aggressive time frames.
