Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, prepare, and update project schedules in coordination with project teams.Prepare project cash flow forecasts and manpower histograms.Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual site conditions.Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to clients and management.Coordinate monthly progress invoicing with relevant project teams.Identify scheduling delays and highlight potential risks to project management.Conduct progress meetings and follow up on action items and deliverables.Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements and company procedures.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech or equivalent).5?10 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.Ability to work at project sites and under pressure.Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.Saudi Council of Engineers registration, PMP, SAP, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
