OPEN POSITION for MUAY THAI COACH in KSA, RiyadhGym Brand: The client is a new martial arts fitness concept in Saudi Arabia and currently looking for certified Muay Thai coaches.Job Location: Saudi Arabia, (Riyadh)Period of Contract: 24 monthsGender: Male and FemaleReporting: Fitness manager/ Club general managerThe candidate should be able to develop their own martial arts classes and to execute PT sessions. Accountablethe performance and output of the training team therefore experience in appraisals and developing the skill set of thetrainer is essential. Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a prerequisite.Nationality: South America, Brazil, Central and Latin America, Europe, South Africa, South AsiaBenefits & Conditions (Package) include:- Basic Salary Between 5,500 SAR and 7,500 SAR monthly tax-free net salary- The level of compensation shall be based on the combination of the level of education / training and work experience of thecandidate- Medical insurance- 30-days annual leave- Complimentary flight home per annum- Full working VisaSkills & Experience Requirements:? In depth knowledge of Private coaching techniques from assessment to program design.? Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.? Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.? Able to generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.? Possess a strong customer service focus.? Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.? Understands and follow oral and written instructions.? Communicates clearly and concisely.? Possesses strong organizational skills. Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures. Demonstratesthe ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.? Experience operating office equipment such as computers, calculators, fax and photocopiers.? Ability to work, setup and execute successful weekends? Extroverted/Self motivator/Customer service mindedMinimum certifications/educational level:? Current CPR? Certification from recognized organization? High school diploma or general education degree (GED).? 4-year Degree in a related fieldPhysical Requirements:? While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.? Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standingand walking. Must be able to frequently lift and /or moves up to 45+ pounds.Minimum experience:? Minimum of six months of related experience (preferred).
