Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly experienced M365 Consultant with a strong background in large-scale migration and security projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead tenant migrations (On-Prem/Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, hybrid & tenant-to-tenant).Implement Identity & Zero Trust solutions (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC).Deploy Endpoint Security (Intune, Autopilot, Defender).Deliver Security Hardening (XDR, Anti-Phishing, Defender Suite).Implement Compliance & Governance (DLP, Purview, eDiscovery, Retention).Support Copilot readiness and post-migration optimization.Automate tasks using Exchange Online PowerShell & Entra modules.Requirements:Strong knowledge of M365 Security, Compliance, and Identity solutions.Proven track record of delivering 20+ Microsoft 365 migration projects.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements:?Strong data center / cloud operations experience.?
