IT SpecialistDescription :?Handle CCTV/Internet requests from iMile internal staff from all branches in KSA.?Coordination with different suppliers and internal teams to provide the requested service to branches.?Daily IT helpdesk for HQ office.?Support employees for hardware and software problems.?ICT equipment maintenance Laptops, Printers, Wifi, CCTV etc.?Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network and IT issues in a timely manner and escalates to 2nd level if required.?Handle tasks assigned by IT supervisor/manager like Emails, Sim cards handling etc.?Responsible, proactive, adaptable, flexible and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously.?Available 24/7 through internal support platform and on-call Support.Eligibility:?Experience of troubleshooting Windows, MS Outlook, MS Teams etc.Location: Riyadh
