Foreman (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in various construction projects. The Foreman plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of systems and maintaining high-quality standards.Responsibilities:1.Project Coordination: Lead and oversee the installation and coordination of systems, ensuring they align with project specifications and timeline.2.Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide the installation of systems.3.Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of tradespeople, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.4.Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control and assurance processes to ensure the integrity and functionality of systems.5.Scheduling: Develop and manage a construction schedule for activities, ensuring timely project delivery.6.Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment for installation and construction activities.7.Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.8.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process related to systems.9.Communication: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to facilitate the seamless integration of systems within the project.10.Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.Qualifications:1.Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional vocational training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.2.Experience: Several years of experience in construction, with a focus on systems. Prior experience as an tradesperson or supervisor is highly beneficial.3.Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their installation processes.
